Program Officers

Community Empowerment for Creative Innovation (CECI) seeks enthusiastic, committed, creative and innovative persons to join its team as Program officers. The officers are expected to be dynamic, experienced, values-driven, and ready to take the lead in project management, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL), documentation, and reporting per agreed requirements. This is a full-time position based in Koboko, Uganda, with frequent travels to refugee camps in Koboko and Yumbe districts. The successful candidates will report to the Programs Manager.
